Cancellations and Transfers
If you are not planning to attend, you must contact us immediately in order to avoid forfeiting the entire course with no credit or transfer. You are permitted to send someone else in your place; you must send written notification with that person’s name and contact information at least two weeks in advance of the program’s start date. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel from the time of registering to 91 days before the original, registered event you may get a full refund less a $100 processing fee, 90-45 days 50% penalty, less than 45 days there is no refund. If you have any further questions, please email Client Care at kimmy_burgess@cox.net or call during office hours at 949-831-7136.
Transfer Policy
If you wish to transfer to an event held later, you may do so by sending a request in writing to Client Care, Master Your Business Intensive, 23411 Aliso Viejo Parkway, Suite 239K, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 one month prior to the event. If you wish to transfer an event within one month of the start date there is a $100 transfer charge.

Joe Sanfellipo
Mr. Sanfellipo is founder of The Street Smart Group and is author of the award winning book Street Smart Secrets to Auto Care You Can Trust. He is also co-founder of Eureka! Opportunity Mine and a spokesperson for Entrepreneur AmeriCorp.
Joe has concentrated on finding ways to tap what he considers the most underutilized assets in most businesses – their customers and marketing potential. Mr. Sanfellipo became street smart at an early age, starting his first business at 18 and buying his first nothing down business at 22. That business made him a millionaire when he increased its sales ten fold in three years.
Mr. Sanfellipo is a franchising expert. He co-founded Gibraltar Transmissions Corporation, building the company into a national firm with over 100 franchises. For Las Vegas Discount Golf and Tennis, he conceived and established the concept of growth via franchising and public investment capital. The chain grew from a pilot store into a publicly traded international franchisor with locations in Japan, Europe, and North America, with system-wide sales in excess of $70 million. He also co-founded The O! Deli Corporation, a publicly traded national franchisor of office building food service, which grew to more than 50 franchises before being sold to Pacific Equities. The combined total of businesses Joe has owned or franchised includes over five hundred locations in more than a dozen industries.
He has been featured in hundreds of newspapers and business magazines, including Entrepreneur, Inc., Nations Business and Success. He has also appeared on major television and radio shows, including two appearances on Oprah Winfrey discussing business success.
Walter H. Groth
Walter Groth has proven executive experience in industries such as Banking, Thermo Technology, the Internet and Automotive where he held a number of leadership positions during his 26-year career in large worldwide corporations. He has worked for “Ulmer Volksbank (a major bank in Germany), Bosch Corporation (one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of automotive components), and Volkswagen (Europe’s largest automobile manufacturer and one of the “Big 5” of the world). He was part of the team that turned around Volkswagen of Mexico during an incredible political and economic crisis. During the Nineties he led the team that turned around Volkswagen of America with a tenfold increase in sales in less than six years, from less than 40,000 to more than 400,000 cars annually.
He specializes in Teaching and Coaching Business Owners, Executives, and their Leadership Teams in the Power of True Leadership and Personal Development. Walter provides down-to-earth steps and actions you can take to become an expert in business and leadership situations.
