The nearest airport to the Hilton - OC Airport is John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA). It is approximately 2 minutes away from the Hilton – OC Airport location. It is across the street (MacArthur) at the south end of the airport. There are shuttles every 15-20 minutes.

Cancellations and Transfers

If you are not planning to attend, you must contact us immediately in order to avoid forfeiting the entire course with no credit or transfer. You are permitted to send someone else in your place; you must send written notification with that person’s name and contact information at least two weeks in advance of the program’s start date. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel from the time of registering to 91 days before the original, registered event you may get a full refund less a $100 processing fee, 90-45 days 50% penalty, less than 45 days there is no refund. Transfer Policy
